Terms

All products are offered in EURO or US DOLLAR and contain 19% VAT for customers inside the EU (European Union). For orders from NON-EU COUNTRIES we will not charge any VAT. The prices without VAT are shown when the customer has been logged in. If you order with a guest account the VAT will be removed in your confirmation mail.

Please note that NON-EU COUNTRIES could charge fees for customs or import which will not be paid by GROOVE & WEAR. We suggest that you inform yourself about additional fees before ordering. Please inform us immediately if a special handling would be helpful for a smooth shipment.

Prints and colors may vary from the original, due to technical reasons.
We usually send out your order within 3-4 working days after payment received.

Payments can be done in advance by:

- money transfer to a German bank account (details in confirmation mail after purchase)

- money transfer to an UK bank account (please ask for details after purchase)

- money transfer to a PayPal account

- VISA, MASTERCARD, EC, GIROPAY via PayPal (get your free account at www.paypal.com)

- we do offer COD shipment inside Germany with an extra charge of 2.38 Euro.

If you should receive any wrong or damaged item from us please contact us immediately.

You have the right to cancel your order in writing or by sending back the purchased items within one month without any special reason. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Orders of items specially designed for or individually made for customers cannot be cancelled.
